Today, WTSP News in Tampa Bay reported that “[a] veteran officer with a clean record is being investigated by the St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD) after he warned the father of a robbery victim about a dangerous part of town” (WTSP, July 1).
Officer Thad “Stu” Crisco, who was recently in headlines for honoring his fallen partner David Crawford [more on that later], allegedly warned St. Petersburg father Bob Esposito about letting his 16-year-old daughter hang around the Northshore Pool at night. Esposito’s daughter was one of five teens robbed by a group of armed men there about 10:30 p.m. on a recent weeknight.

Esposito said Crisco cited the city’s violent crime stats — the worst in the state. He faces a possible suspension, even if his comments were true, although his exemplary record with SPPD could help him avoid serious discipline.
Indeed, the table following the article shows that the violent crime rate in St. Petersburg was 1.13 per 100 residents in 2010, higher than Miami (1.11), Orlando (1.07), and Tallahassee (1.03). At that rate, roughly 1 in 88 St. Petersburg residents will be a victim of violent crime each year.
For those of you who don’t get the joke — found in every story like this — I’ll spell it out: from the few facts the article reported, and the many facts they didn’t, we can safely conclude that the armed robbers who attacked Mr. Esposito’s 16-year-old daughter were all black. Their five victims were probably all white. Mr. Esposito certainly is.
Officer Crisco (also white) will be punished because his advice was based on a simple truth the police are not allowed to acknowledge, even obliquely: statistically speaking, the violent crime rate in St. Petersburg is high because of blacks.
Not poverty. Not unemployment. Not the schools. Simply, demonstrably blacks. And white people are starting to notice that the “dangerous part of town” is wherever the blacks live, and a dangerous city* is one that’s full of black people.
Simply put, “[w]hen blacks are left entirely to their own devices, Western Civilization — any kind of civilization — disappears” (Jared Taylor).
* Recall the four most violent cities in Florida: St. Petersburg is 22.4 percent black; Miami, 22.3 percent; Orlando, 26.9 percent; Tallahassee, 34.2 percent; and the state of Florida as a whole, 14.6 percent.

Clearly you and Unamused are ignoring the FACTS of the article. The officer was entirely wrong in saying the things he said and frankly unamerican. He doesn’t give a DAMNED about all the people he’s HARMED by saying that ridiculous crap.
1.. The hospital workers that will be out of jobs when people stop living and going into dangerous areas and getting the sh’t kicked out of them and thus need patching up.
2.. The police that will be out of work because WE don’t need policing. (Remember they USED to be called PEACE officers…big difference between policing and keeping the peace…)
3.. The persons in power that will lose their power structures and base if people wake up and stop going around people that are dangerous.
4.. Feminists. They won’t be able to claim people are blaming the victim if women wake up and realize that yes, indeed there are places they are more likely to be raped than other places, and thus avoid those places and thus realize the feminists were full of sh’t when they told them to walk around blindly ignoring the real world.
5.. The hurt feelings of those that are committing the violence, or that raised children to commit violence. Really, you didn’t even consider how HURT they would be when you point out that they’re likely to be criminals!
I could go on. But I hope I have made it clear that YOU, unamused and this cop are just not caring about the people that REALLY matter. Meanwhilst this 16 year old girl and her father, they don’t matter at all.
So YES this cop really deserves to be punished to the full extent of the law. Cause there ARE laws against this sort of thing and I assure you it WONT be a kangaroo court. /evil grin.

I see the link has been updated with the news the officer won’t be disciplined, but will receive “at the most – a Memorandum of Counseling (not a “suspension”), which is considered an informal, instructional document…that would caution him against making comments in the future that are either factually incorrect or could otherwise be misunderstood by the general public.”
This disciplinary action is a great example of the concept of moral inversion. Liberalism makes right wrong and wrong right.
Perhaps not coincidentally, Bruce Charlton has a blog post up this morning about how people no longer believe in the concept of purposive evil; nowadays calling someone “evil” is considered a matter of opinion or a matter of rhetoric. But evil is real. And whoever is enforcing this disciplinary action is an authentic, unambiguous example of evil. That’s not rhetoric; it’s reality. The fact that most people would dismiss it as rhetoric is a sign of a disintegrating society.

It is now pretty much the case that “youths” is the politically correct word for blacks.

I’ve heard before that, when hiring new cops, they look for candidates who are not too smart and are not too stupid. Meaning they don’t want someone who is too well-read, observant, and able to string together factually-based advice that can be “misunderstood by the general public.” They don’t want someone who is likely to look around and see what’s happening and understand what it means. They want a slave who has enough IQ points to keep from drooling constantly.
Now I know why almost every other cop I’ve ever met has been a cynical a-hole and all the cops at the top of the food chain are borderline sociopaths. To make it to the top, you have to put up unparalleled amounts of B.S., and to be able to do that, you have to be crazy. Or you have to be stupid. Crazy or stupid. Strong foundation for a police force.
Every time I start to get a bit optimistic about our future, a story like this pops up and…depression again.

First, I want to commend you for the tireless work you’ve done here. It takes an enormous amount of energy, energy that most of us don’t have.
I have to assume from your writings and the majority of comments that everyone here is quite young.
I say that because everyone here is acting as though black criminality was just discovered last week, and if we get the word out to enough people, the opinion of most whites will change overnight.
Folks, black crime and violence has been this bad for more than 40 years, at least insofar as it is directed at whites.
So called white flight was a national response to the explosion of black violence in the late 60’s.
As someone who lived through the 70’s and 80’s in New York, let me tell you that if anything, black on white crime was worse then, before the widespread use of security cameras.
Back then, blacks attacked whites with impunity on the street in broad daylight.
The sad reality is that most whites, including liberals over the age of 40, are fearful of black crime and large groups of black males. They will bend over backwards to excuse it or avoid it, but they certainly don’t want to DEAL WITH IT.
Personally, I don’t see white people organizing, as whites, to combat any of this.
As long as white people can flee to suburban or rural enclaves, and send their kids to good schools, this will continue.
The only possibility of change will come when whites become a numerical minority.
Until then, most white people will continue to run, or ignore what is too difficult and unpleasant to look at. It’s just human nature.
And no amount of statistical data will help.
The young woman who was jumped in Philly is a shining example.
She cannot allow herself, even after a violent assault, to see this as a racial issue. Her mind just WON’T GO THERE. The conditioning is too intense.
And anyone that makes it a racial issue, in her words, is a ” creepy racist”.

Joe, everytime I see a story like this I get VERY optimistic. See in the past we believed the left and “marginalized” persons just at their claims. If they said Denny’s was racist we just accepted their claim. When we come to find out that the ACTIONS of Denny’s that made them make that claim, we start to get a TINY bit dubious.
(For the record one of the things that black folks claim is a racist act is SLIDING MONEY ON THE COUNTER to them. They will ignore that a clerk SLID the money to EVERY person that came up, including whites. They will also ignore the fact that NO ONE has a constitution right to be touched by another. In any case this is one of the complaints that was made about Denny’s.)
But though we grow dubious we dismiss it because maybe it could be true.. However when events like with this police officer WITH NO SMIRCHES on his record occur, where JUST TELLING THE FACTS get him in trouble, well now we aren’t just dubious. Now we know that much of what they claim is just downright dirty lies.
They expect us to DISBELIEVE what our own ears hear, and what our own eyes see and what our own minds read. But the more they pull this crap the more we just don’t accept it anymore. The more they complain about people standing up to a black woman who is screaming and threatening on a train, ASSUMING that IT JUST MUST be that way because someone DEFINITELY treated her in a racist way (because of course black women NEVER get angry over nothing)…the more they try to claim it is racist for noticing that blacks create more crime than ALL OTHER RACES COMBINED, well ….
That doesn’t make the future bleak it makes the future BRIGHT. Because now more and more people are WAKING UP.

You’re right, many (most?) white Americans have known this for a long time, but they’re increasingly willing to talk about it and increasingly aware of it — if that makes any sense.

GW. True story. I was born in Cleveland, mum divorced, met a trucker, moved to Colorado even though he died. Was in mixed/bilingual classes. (This was the class that stood around me chanting because I had buck teeth).
Grew older and moved a few times. Finally mum met an escaped convict and took up with him. Went to Atlanta Georgia and a school there. They made me take an entrance examine. The COUNSELOR (guess what she LOOKED like..) kept coming in and berating me because I was taking so long to fill it out. (I was very meticulous when I took tests). First day of school on a large boy (guess what he looked like) kept DEMANDING my lunch money..MY LUNCH money for Christ sake. I explained to him this was MIDDLE school and we were MEN now. We don’t threaten people to get their lunch money. Because I was a little for my age white boy, I think he expected I would capitulate. I didn’t.
That lasted a few months and then we hit the road. So for seven years after that we didn’t attend school. Came back in ’86. Tested at a suburban Ohio school (Olmsted Falls…one of the best in the nation and Ohio at the time). They concluded they could just test and graduate me right out if we wanted since I was 18. But we decided to go with 11th grade. Kept being right up at the top, scored better than 83% of the nation on the PSAT then 92% on the ACT the next year. Etc etc ad naseum.
So needless to say I do not have a lot of faith in our miseducation system. If we have to dumb down the entire class because we cannot put people who score intellectually as low as idiots on IQ tests, then that’s no school system at all.
Eh, all I needed to know was that tourists kept getting killed in Florida. White people don’t kill their bread and butter AS A GROUP. So it’s happened too often for it to be them.

Caleo, I don’t think anyone implied that black criminality was discovered last week. What has been stated multiple times is that we have something now that people didn’t have 40 years ago. We have the internet. A change in technology can make a HUGE difference in how people respond to information. If those same Chicago Tribune articles came out 40 years ago and someone thought, “I wonder why they aren’t mentioning the race of the attackers?”, they might well think they were completely alone in thinking that. Now, they can look at the comments section and see that there are many, many other people on the same page with them. Unamused has pointed out that people are putting things up on non-pseudonymous facebook pages. People ARE ceasing to be afraid of the stigma of being a “racist.” No one said things are going to change overnight, but I think it is pessimism supreme to say that nothing is going to change until the whites are a population minority.
Annie, another thing that has changed is that there was a time when blacks were ACTUALLY impoverished. One could certainly make the case that it is ENTIRELY because of the overall racial mean of IQ. I am not arguing the causes. BUT back then (forty years ago) people believed poverty was IMPOSED by the wealthy and that meant in their minds, the whites. EVEN THOUGH most whites werent wealthy.
So now you have 40 or 50 years of giving, giving, giving, slave reparation after slave reparation. Poor urban blacks are not even the poorest in this country anymore (or ever actually). It is rural poor whites. But you can go into the grocery or town, or flea market or store..or anything in a rural impoverished white community safely. You wont even be harangued. The same cannot be said of going into such places in typically black neighborhoods, even ones with more money.
So now what’s happening is those of us of my generation (forties) who were convinced from school, the government, magazines, Christian (wimpy whiny) churches, that whites had done all this sh’t to blacks who were never violent, always innocent, are realizing..we’ve been lied to.
The internet is a large part of that. And the internet is providing solutions. Groups like The Tea PartieS…(no tea partY….its a grass roots effort..), A3P, and others are reactions. Libertarians…maybe at one point might have been able to do something..but they are two weak willed to say what really needs done and have a vested interest in maintaining the power structures.
Frankly I am undecided on the tea parties, A3P, just started reading about that..so cant say.. But I AM a believer in COMMON/NATURAL law. No need for governments in MOST cases. No need to feel guilty about not giving someone who is violent a job. No need to feel guilty about protecting myself. No need to feel guilty about calling together a jury of my peers. No need to feel guilty about NOT giving certain people a right to vote because NO one should have that right. And no one should have the right to institute authorities over me. No need to feel guilty about saying to persons that immigrate (as I support people walking the earth where they will) that if you act violent, WE ARE going to call together courts of SOVEREIGN PERSONS (I am NOT a citizen, I am by natural law a prince, a king and a free born persons with all the rights that **I** declare, not merely those PRIVILEGES that are granted to me…)

Point is that Annie’s point is valid. (This despite the fact that she is female. So I am guessing there is a man somewhere in her life feeding her logic…). It’s not that suddenly crime is rampant..or that people are just now noticing. Rather it is that people are noticing that OTHER PEOPLE are noticing. And so people just don’t give a fuck anymore.
